HOW TO FILL OUT THE MASTERS & EDUCATOR TRAC CLASS CARD SELECTION FORM
With your purchase of the Masters Trac, you will receive up to 4 class cards or with the purchase of the Educator Trac, you will receive up to 2 class cards.
Class cards are on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS ONLY. Please note that supplies are limited.
PLEASE SELECT UP TO 4 CLASS CARDS FOR MASTERS TRAC OR 2 CLASS CARDS FOR THE EDUCATOR TRAC.
If you select more than the amount listed above, RIFF staff will notify you that you will need to re-submit your form.
In the section below titled ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, you can provide an ALTERNATIVE CLASS CARD in the event that one of your classes selected is out of stock.
